I have been designing patterns for the lawn geese since the early 1990's. One day I was in the fabric store buying fabric and the gal cutting it asked what I was making. I told her goose clothes and she said, "do you know where you can purchase patterns for goose clothes as we have people ask for them all the time". I thought, I can do that! So my first patterns were made and I was selling them through our local Ben Franklin store. The managers took my patterns to a trade show and some of the large pattern companies were there. I was told they were taking photos of my patterns and before you knew it, they had patterns for the geese as well. So my patterns were on the market before the big pattern companies.
